Yes, It's Very Similar

Back before this pandemic was happening and those who knew me in real life had often asked me "how close is the tv show superstore compared to working at walmart ?"

Honestly it's very similar at times it's rather scary similar.. I mean everything in terms of dealing with customers that half of the show is very similar to walmart.. Hell I'm sure that half of the show is very similar to any job working with the public but it's very similar to working at walmart.. That shit behind the scenes like the staff meetings, those things do happen but they usually aren't that entirely stupid as the tv show and that was more so written in order to give a storyline and be able to work through it as if you just focused on everything outfront of the store as in employee / customer interactions you wouldn't have a show as no storyline would be it would just be more or less a show called "shit we deal with while working at walmart" which would be bad for walmat employees because then you would have every fucking asshole in the world thinking that every walmart employee was strapped with a camera and was filming everything so they would do dumb shit just to think they would get 15 seconds of fame.

Even though management in back wouldn't ever post up anything to the affect of "none of our employees are wearing cameras, quit acting like a bunch of dumb shits when you interact with them" They would just force the employees to deal with it since after all if you get hired at walmart your more or less a fucking punching bag for customers ... By that I mean you have to take all the shit they give you and you can't react otherwise you may get written up, which is no doubt a good reason at the high turn over rate of staff.. I can't even imagine how high the turn over rate is right now during the pandemic.
